Dtress Caused Many of Deseases

Stress is a source of diseases. But, you know the symptoms of stress that often arise? "Stress can cause hormonal changes, immune problems, or changes in muscle that occur silently" says Bruce Rabin, MD, PhD, medical director of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Healthy Lifestyle Program.

Indeed, people often do not realize the symptoms until they felt disturbed by it. Do not ignore these symptoms because early symptoms of stress can worsen your health.

1. Bleeding gums

Stress can weaken your immune system. Bacteria in the mouth can easily irritate the gums and cause inflammation when the immune level is low.

If this happens to you, do the extra protection of the mouth. In addition, the immune return to exercise regularly, get plenty of sleep, set up a balanced diet, and taking a multivitamin. See your dentist regularly for at least 6 months for cleaning and inspection.

2. Senile

Hormones released during acute stress can result in short-term memory. Fortunately this effect is only temporary. But chronic stress can cause long term damage by altering the structure of nerve cells and brain. These changes can indeed be back to normal when the stress subsides, but this can lead to interference in remembering names or directions.

In the work, you will not be separated from either mild or acute stress. Therefore always use the notes list, calendar, or organizer to help work your brain in remembering. Put these tools in strategic places.

3. Erratic cycle

Stress often makes the menstrual cycle is not smooth even erratic. In fact, according to research conducted by the Harvard School of Public Health, Wanta is depressed two times more likely to experience severe menstrual pain at the beginning of menstruation. Chemical in the body called prostaglandins cause uterine contractions and cramps. When you worry, the pain will feel worse.

To block production of prostaglandins, use anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen nonstreoid when the pain appears, typically the first day until the second period. Or, you can use a heating pad, eucalyptus oil to ease the pain.

4. Nightmare

When your mind overloaded, nightmares about the frightening experiences that may occur. If this happens, do not worry about it because it will only add to the burden of your mind. Think of the dreams as free psychotherapy or a clue about what makes you tense. Then, ask yourself what makes the dream seemed so real.

However, if the nightmare continues to haunt you, maybe you need a psychologist to help solve your problem.
